Publisher Description
An inspiring and very accessible compilation of essays and edited talks on the Buddhist practice of mindfulness. As Gil Fronsdal states, "the search for the issue at hand is the search for what is closest at hand, for what is directly seen, heard, smelt, tasted, felt, and cognized in the present." Gil brings the practice of mindfulness not only to formal meditation but to all the varying aspects of every day life.

Unreadable on phone
I can't comment on how good this book is, 'cause I can't read it on my phone. This book is not formatted as an iBook. It apparently was originally printed in a nearly square format. It can only display as a whole page, in the originally formatted style. No way to change the font size, page display. Text size is minuscule and cannot be changed. Unreadable on a phone, even a 6 Plus.
Unreadable due to the low resolution
Can’t even read this what a waste of money.
