Interesting read
I enjoyed the read, though I put it down often. It never reached the heavy crescendo I wanted, but it was detailed and had great character development. Someone wrote on here that this book was homophobic. That person obviously didn’t understand those moments in the book. The homophobia came from characters that were being cast in an unfavorable light. So basically it was for the purpose of developing their character.
So disappointing.
My enjoyment of these stories was constantly halted by the RAMPANT homophobia throughout every single one. I’ve never wanted a refund for or felt ashamed of a book in my collection before now.
