A Much Needed Different Perspective

Chad does a great job addressing something that I think happens to lots of lifters, including myself, where we feel we can only lift heavy to get stronger. The approach of working on sub-maximal volume to then blast through PR’s is a take I can totally get on board with. Very well presented, very well written and overall a nice read at a good price to get the idea of a solid program.
