The journey has taken Shada and her companions to worlds wild and unknown. When they enter the strangest realm yet–a tower so large that an entire kingdom dwells inside–discord and mutiny threaten to rend the company. A mysterious captor imprisons Shada, and her only hope may lie in utter surrender. 

But a new threat eclipses all else. In the shadows of this chaotic domain, the Ronians find an enemy so chilling that it jeopardizes the very meaning of their lives.
