I am not a newbie when it comes to diet and exercise. I thought since I’ve had success in the past (younger, pre-children) that i wouldn’t learn much from this book but I took a chance because it was only $10. I was WRONG! I learned more in less than 20 pages than I did in years of practice.
Cody has found a way to tell you exactly what to do to lose fat. This book is straight to the point. I’ve been following the diet perfectly for 14 days and I’ve already lost 11lbs. I have 9lbs left to go and am looking forward to keeping this up for the rest of my life.
