Super cute and unstressful
I enjoyed reading this a lot! It’s not a particularly deep work or anything, but it’s sweet and spicy and very refreshing. Very little stakes or drama, just a wonderful and sexy love story between a nanny and a single father. If you’re looking for something profound, with big overarching themes and heavy concepts, this isn’t for you. But if you want a queer love story that’s mostly wish fulfillment and brain candy, I would highly recommend this book.
Hearts full of wonder…
What a story!! Fin and Walker… and three little princesses. I choose books often based on location or situation or some premise that catches my interest. A male nanny, gay and fired had me wondering… Then, triplet 6 year old girls raging against “nanny-dom” set an interesting scene, one which caught and held my attention. The rest of the story helped me understand the situation and also helped Fin teach a still mourning father find ways to reconnect with his daughters. I usually don’t admire wealthy people who tend to through money at most problems, but Fin found Walker to be different and very vulnerable connecting to his children, especially since his husband had died. I soon expected the hurdles to be easy for both Walker and Fin, even when it almost looked like an impossible situation. Every minute of reading this book had me eagerly seeing their lives melt together. Great Read!
