Escape to Burton, Georgia, a quaint farm town near Savannah, where love stories thrive.
When I signed up to teach art to underserved kids for my final summer in college, I never expected to find myself on a Georgia farm. And living with Sam Reynolds, a man who clearly wishes I weren't there? Complicated. Yet, his mesmerizing brown eyes and Southern drawl draw me in, igniting something real and maybe a little scary.
I'm not one for excitement or romance. Responsibility defines my life since my parents passed away. But when the fiery red-haired art student moves into my farmhouse, I can't deny the temptation. Meghan makes me believe in forever and happy endings, despite being the last thing she needs. Is this just a summer fling?

Can’t put it down! Great book.
The only thing that stopped me from a 5 star was the f bomb once or twice. And some other words I’d rather not hear/read. But I’m very sensitive. 98% of readers probably won’t even notice. I like her style of writing and the story was sweet.
