In the process, Tess confronts some old demons, including a figure who has watched for years as she rows alone in Baltimore Harbor. He knows all about her and is biding his time. The Last Place
This is the 1st book of this author's that I have read. I love crime novels and this books ranks high with the best of them! It's has suspense and twists that keep you wanting to read more. Definitely a great read. Tess is a likable tough character who investigates crimes around the Baltimore area. It takes you through her day to day activities with excitement and anticipation. Very entertaining!!
