Must read for aspiring corp leaders & entrepreneurs!

Having worked both in publicly traded companies and leading early stage startups, I love this book! It has strategic and tactical value to anyone looking to innovate in an environment that isn't conducive to experimentation and new approaches to disruptive concepts.

This book provides plenty of case studies, examples and useful tools to be smarter about taking an idea, testing it in market and validating it quickly to reduce the risks associated to starting a new company. Very well written, organized and helpful to anyone serious about creating net new value!
