Deep and sophisticated
I’m a new comer to the works of Le Guin but came away very impressed at this deep, sophisticated and very human story.
Decent book
I did enjoy the story and the world the author created was amazing . While I have no issue with trans people, I did relate to the main character that struggles to understand. While, it was a good book it was a little slow for me
What a fantastic book
This is an amazing book. Literate, incisive, filled with a lyrical poetic prose which is deeply moving. As always, Le Guin strikes at the heart of identity and what it means to be human under the guise of fantasy/science fiction. An amazing author, a remarkable book. Don’t miss it.
