Fun, easy read with lots of information!

I am very new to HR and was recommended to read this book in a reddit thread r/humanresources and I am so glad I was! While some of the topics I may not understand yet, it made me feel as though I got a much deeper look into HR as a function. This book is enthralling to say the least. The joking nature of the book, and the feel of dialogue between the author and the reader makes it hard to put down. I am very appreciate of the knowledge I’ve gained through the course of reading this, and I will be reading it again after completing my master’s degree. Thank you!
