Excellent manual
This was an incredible find. The detail in explaining the centerline principle and each of the 108 movements in Sil Nim Tao is quite amazing in it's thoroughness.
little idea
Wow- I came across this gem by accident. This book is well written, very comprehensive and detailed. The author obviously has been a Wing Chun fanatic and has very organized and analytical understanding of the art. Some of the insights he shares, such as the importance of the gravity line, are mind blower. This is a "must have" for any student or instructor of Wing Chun or anyone interested in how body structure plays a part in combat. Check it out.
