The Little Maple Tree

As the days grew shorter still, a cold north wind blew. The leaves from all the other trees in the park began to fall. This scared Maple as she didn’t like change, so she lost not one. She loved her pretty leaves and didn't want to lose them. It was getting even colder now and if her leaves fell, her branches would then be bare.

The Little Maple Tree loves her pretty leaves in the spring, summer and fall but is anxious and afraid of losing her leaves in winter. Maple finds her own unique way to overcome her fear of change and at the same time bring joy and laughter to others.
