A perfect cookbook
I just got back from a trip to Paris and I'm already missing the delectable food. This book takes me right back there, but shows me how deceptively simple a lot of French cooking can be. It's all about finding the best ingredients and cooking from the heart. I love how each recipe includes a beautiful photo, a short description or background on the dish, and never a long list of ingredients. This is how young cooks of today prefer to make food, I think. I can't wait to try these fantastic recipes, thank you so much for putting together such an exciting book!
