New student Lizzy Palmer is the talk of Shadyside High. Michael and his girlfriend Pepper befriend her, but the closer they get to her, the stranger she seems… and the more attractive she is to Michael. He invites her to join him on a snowmobile race that ends in a tragic accident. Soon, Michael's friends start being murdered, and Pepper becomes convinced that Lizzy is behind the killings. But to her total shock, she and Michael are drawn into a tragic story of an unthinkable betrayal committed over 60 years ago. Frightening and tense in the way that only this master of horror can deliver, The Lost Girl is another terrifying Fear Street novel by the king of juvenile horror.

Awesome and creepy

I began reading the Fear Street Novels to prepare for the upcoming Netflix Films and I am so glad to have discovered this!

I grew up on the Goosebumps series and now that I’m older I have always had a love for gory and horror, so this book was absolutely perfect for me!

I truly enjoyed how it followed 2 time plots and I was obsessively trying to see the connection between the two. It had a unique plot that reminded me of horror favorites such as scream and I know what you did last summer. The writing is descriptive and thorough and was easily understandable for anyone above the ages of 16+.

I recommend this book for anyone interested in starting the Fear Street Novels and I can’t wait to continue reading more!
