So useful and also, fun!
Love this eBook - it's great to be able to see video of the techniques for the recipes. That really does take advantage of the eBook's capabilities in a way I haven't seen other cookbooks do. And the recipes are strong: really good food, but doable at home. I made the Sicilian-style calamari last weekend, and the marinara. Can't wait to make some fresh cheese.
