Poor
The guy typically lied to the girl for their whole lives! For a cop and supposed former marine, she’s pretty clueless and dumb, all the weird things mace would do indicates unnatural. Dez just accepted that mace has lied to her the whole time. Mace gives Dez no time to process that he lied to her the whole time and that he is a freak of nature! Mace straight up accuses her of doing her job which is to find out who killed the guy. Mace never tried to understand how des might feel. Literally mace has such pride and ego problems can’t even apologize when he is wrong!! Mace is so sensitive like a big baby cat!
