The Perfect Regency Novel!
Excellent book. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. The characters were pleasant and engaging. I’m looking forward to the next installment.

4.5-5 Stars! Valerie Bowman absolutely killed it with this book! This is the second book in ‘The Whitmorelands’ series & can be read as a standalone. This book follows the Marquess of Whitmore, Lord Justin Whitmoreland and Miss Madeline Atwood. Both were wonderful characters that I easily fell in love with. Justin has it in his head that he can’t marry for love and Maddie is a firm believer of marrying for nothing BUT love. Flirtations ensue. Meddling sisters meddle, like any good sister would! All wrapped up with a HEA ending! I definitely recommend this book, it was interesting and enjoyable. I really can’t wait to read the next book in the series!
