The truth rarely hurts those who are truly seeking...
An excellent book of self discovery. Roy Dean allows us to follow his martial arts journey, one with universal elements of truth. Roy makes clear that in order to achieve true martial arts enlightenment one must always question the validity and effectiveness of our methods and techniques. A book that may help those who think there way is the best!!!!!
An enjoyable quick read
If you love martial arts you'll love this beautifully written autobiography. Full of insights into the deeper aspects of the arts. The story ends just as Roy's journey into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu takes root. I can't wait for the sequel.
