"Sexy, edgy, and intriguing, this story isn't your average erotic romance." –The TBR pile
"I heard the dark rumors floating around the campus about the Mesmers. Rumors about things that turned my blood cold and made me feel oddly hot at the same time..."
When photojournalism student Elliot Reid receives a personal invitation to join the Mesmer Society, she jumps on the occasion to infiltrate and expose the most mysterious and exclusive club on campus.
But she is soon faced with a much more interesting mystery: Luke Harper. The man looks like sin and his voice can melt even her strongest resolve... he's the Mesmers' most eligible member, yet he remains withdrawn and doesn't seem to take part in the club's traditions.
Unable to resist the force that pulls her to him, Elliot must surrender to the Mesmers' lustful ways. Amidst the secret society's ceremonials and lavish parties, she discovers a strong fascination towards the sexiest yet darkest aspects of the club.
THE MESMER SOCIETY will sweep you into the world of Ivy League students for which wealth and extravagant behaviors is the norm. It offers a realistic and emotional account of extraordinary situations.
If you love the pace of young adult novels but are yearning for the steam of erotica like Fifty Shades of Grey, then pick up your copy of THE MESMER SOCIETY!

Love it!! 😍
Love it! But I wish it was longer and more books to add! I'm stuck wondering!!

You gave so much detail throughout the entire book. Then kind of abruptly ended. Over all it was a good read but the ending was very disappointing.
Make your words sweet, because one day, you may have to eat them
The title of my review is something my very wise mother always told me, which is why this is the very first review I've ever written. I appreciate first person accounts of events, especially if they are fictitious. In this tawdry tale of power exchange and eroticism, the author recounts with authority, the personal perceptions of the heroine, suggesting first hand knowledge. Nothing could be more intimate, and in this case more exciting, than walking in her shoes. Bravo, on a job well done, and I'm looking forward to other chronicles by A. R. Lain.
