No one really knows what goes on in Devil Hollow, Kentucky. The little village has been cut off from the world for decades. But when a census taker turns in statistics that make no sense, Ned Waters is sent in to investigate. With the help of his youthful and beautiful assistant, Sara Eckels, Ned travels to the mysterious little town to find some answers. What they find will shock and terrify them both.
