The Minimal Bible

Genesis - Revelation. The Bible without artificial verse, chapter, and subheading notation. The Old Testament is derived from the World English Bible translation (WEB) and the New Testament is derived from the Open English Bible (OEB). No words or punctuation have been altered from the WEB or OEB. Reads with the same style as popular novels, with large font and easy flow. This adaption is best used to discover and enjoy the Bible in a non interrupting reading experience. The Testaments are in different translations because the OEB doesn't have an Old Testament translation yet so I settled to use the WEB. The Open English Bible project aims to create the first modern English translation of the Bible which is completely free of copyright restrictions and available without cost for any purpose. WEB is a Public Domain (no copyright) Modern English translation of the Holy Bible. The World English Bible is based on the American Standard Version of the Holy Bible first published in 1901.
