The Minstrel's Quest

A reward made him leave. Duty brought him back.

England, 1093. Ever since most of his family got killed in an assault on a castle, Lucan's life is in ruins: his foster mother hates him, his foster father struggles to feed the family, and his foster brother would love to get rid of him.

One day, a warrior asks him to go on a quest and offers him a reward that could change his life. Lucan eagerly accepts and sets off.

But the further he travels, the more his journey turns into a nightmare, and Lucan realises that fulfilling his mission will mean sacrificing a lot more than just a few weeks of his life.

The Minstrel's Quest is the riveting conclusion to the Northumbria Trilogy, an action-packed historical adventure series set in eleventh-century Norman England.
