Incredible insights

This is a book that gives you a great idea on what is capable from a person when they have the tenacity that Commander Pete Blaber has. What I found amazing about this book, is that it really shows how there are people who can manage and there are people who can lead whether it is in the military or in business. The guiding principles are universal. But my favorite is always listen to the guy on the ground. Ask questions to people who have walked the road, seen what has not been seen, done what has not been done, it's those people that can help you grow and in Commander Blabers case, help you survive.

Great book! Highly recommend it.

Excellent book

I couldn't stop reading. A must read for anyone interested in Spec Ops, Afghanistan, and military history. A large portion is about operation anaconda. He offers an interesting viewpoint, but I would definitely read "not a good day to die" if you want more about Anaconda.
