Photographer's point of view.
From the stand point of a photographer starting to shoot portrait work and, well, glamour shots, I highly recommends this. I was looking for a book on posing and got exactly that; from the models stand point. Posing gallery is a big help.
Good for people on both sides of the lens
Slowly getting my footing in the digital photography age after spending years away from any real "official" photography. Found this book to be extremely helpful.
Though it's clearly aimed more for the models, I've found it to be vastly helpful in opening my eyes to different poses to help guide my inexperienced models into. The tips and tricks I picked up in it I've already passed along to some girls.
I'm definitely bringing the book along on my next shoot. Having it right there to reference for ideas would be handy (the model I was with yesterday said she wished I'd brought it along; an oversight I won't make again).
Truly helpful guide for the inexperienced photographers (like myself). Recommend highly!
