Publisher Description

This book describes the battle of Mons in 1944. Consistent with the Foundation’s mission to present George Marshall as a role model for modern youth, it has, over the past several decades, sponsored learning experiences in the Marshall tradition for Army and Air Force ROTC cadets. This book represents the Foundation’s efforts to update these by taking advantage of the Internet and ubiquitous personal access devices. It is intended not only for education of ROTC cadets, but also for other endeavors in Professional Military Education (PME), either as an aid for self-development, or as a resource for mentored collaborative learning by groups, whether co-located or distributed.
