I loved the main character. She didn't fit in the human or supernatural world but was strong and determined. This book ties in a lot of different groups in the supernatural world. Doesn't leave the end as a cliffhanger BUT there are a lot of unanswered questions that I can not wait to read the next books!!
I feel bad but I couldn’t finish.
I was 2/3 of the way through and I just couldn’t finish the book. There were some people and some stuff happened. That’s about it. You can have all the action scenes in the world but if you don’t know anything about the characters or why anything is important you just can’t care. There were so many characters in the story but you don’t know anything about anyone besides what kind of supernatural they are - kinda. (Side note, please stop borrowing names from mythology and not using them correctly.) Even the characters more prominently positioned are very one dimensional. I can’t believe I read so much of the story and still didn’t know really anything about anyone or why anything was happening. Just pointless.
