The Mystery of the Disappearing Dogs

Dogs are disappearing and nobody can figure out why! When May Ryder arrives in California, she discovers that dozens of dogs have been stolen. Although May's father is a world-famous mystery writer, her dad is too absent-minded to solve this crime. To make matters worse, the Palo Alto Police are totally stumped.


Can one girl solve this crime spree before she takes the train out of town? Probably not, but May Ryder is determined to try.
