I haven't tried in you the recipes in the book yet but they look yummy can't wait to try them and all of this for free!
Most of the baking recipes call for a special Atkins Baking Mix, which is a whole other purchase $$$$. Unless I become inspired to search for the specific ingredients in that mix, I will never be making these recipes.
Some of the simpler recipes were interesting, but nothing out of this world or very original.
All in all, if you are someone who already knows basic egg recipes, and has any other healthy recipe books, this is not even worth the $0.99.
The resulting quantities are too much for most homes.
