This was my college wine textbook at Drexel University. Reading it and taking Dr. Hoffman’s course was the high point of my college career and set me on the path that I’ve followed ever since. So, if you can stand the thought of possibly turning into a wine-seller who spends a month or two in Europe every year, you might want to read this book.
