The Norse Ring

This novel is set in Maine and Norway in the early 1980's. When word comes that Helen's grandmother has drowned while on a trip to Norway,Helen is determined to find out what happened. While preparing to leave for Norway, she finds a ring that must have been her grandmother. When she slips it on her finger, she is catapulted into the world of Norse mythology and Viking antiquities. It is not a magic ring, but an ancient ring that was forged by a Viking smith. Many covet this ring and believe it is a part of a dragon horde.
