&LunaRae& This book CHANGED MY LIFE!!!

I am a health care professional, licensed for the pust 25 years and this book MAKES TOTAL SENS! IT IS TRUE! I am living proof of this….I have never been obese, or even over-weight; however, every year I put another 5-7 pounds on??? I am an avid exerciser who runs several health-marathons each year. I used to do what is suggested in this book, and that was when I was my thinnest. I am determined to fit back into my skinny clothes! I feel better already and this is only day 2 for me! I have been referring EVERYONE to read this book and live by it….patients, friends and family. Thanks for putting this into writing Christophe!
