In the world of Embri, one will find the ordinary and extraordinary. The two superior species on the planet are human beings and revenants, a type of creature that manifests as a walking and sentient skeleton. Some are good; some are bad, but many have a story to tell.

Charlie and Winifred are excited about the fall carnival opening in their tight-knit town of Qiter Falls. They didn't have a care in the world until the day they bumped into a mysterious man. Soon after, the siblings seem to see this creepy man everywhere they go, including their own house! Both curious and fearful of this man, Charlie and Winifred are determined to get to the bottom of things and identify this strange stalker.
