What a unique and intriguing story!

My father was from the small town of Lumbarda, so you can imagine my delight when I started reading The Olive Grove. In spite of the fact that I was prepared to like this story based on its setting, I came to like the various characters and felt that they conveyed the spirit of a town and its people that I love, even though I was not born there. Step into the story--you won't regret it!
