The One I Can't Have

Seven years ago I fell in love with a girl half my age. But at eighteen she wasn't old enough for me, no matter how much I wanted her to be. 

So I ended it. 

Tonight I saw her again for the first time, at an engagement party of all places. One look at her and I knew she still has a hold on my heart. 

Which may be the only thing my estranged son and I have in common. Because he just introduced her as his bride to be.
