The One Year Bible Companion

The One Year Bible Companion follows the reading plan of the One Year Bible. It provides the references of the recommended reading, but not the text. For each day's reading it poses three or four questions, then answers them. Most of the questions / answers have to do with understanding the cultural background and or theological significance of the passage. The questions and answers are theologically sound yet written in language that is clear and understandable to a typical layman. Topics such as Christology (upon which all serious Christ followers should agree) are clearly stated. In matters where there might be a difference of opinion between those who affirm the truthfulness of scripture (such as eschatology), multiple views are presented. I highly recommend.
