The One

An alien shape-shifter has set his sights on a human woman, but he isn't the only one who wants her.  Angie Russell is the long-awaited fulfillment of an ancient prophecy.  The fate of mankind rests not on the swords of warfare or the mysterious forces of the universe, but upon one woman's terrifying choice.

     The Watchers of the universe have detected a cosmic anomaly occurring within the life space of Angie Russell.  They enlist a dimension walker, who travels under the guise of a wandering shaman, to investigate the source.  This rare vibration signals the possibility of a great leap in the growth of enlightenment, or violent struggles between dimensions with a disastrous shift in the balance of power.  Angie becomes the pawn the forces of good and evil use to attain their conflicting ends.  She will be pushed to the edge of insanity, as she is forced to remember the source of fear and anger holding her captive in an alien world.  The memories from which she hides will demand a trial by fire.
