Great story line! Fast paced! And of course, a happy ending.
Male lead is a dud
There is nothing attractive about an adult child passing himself off as a man while throwing tantrums. While the female lead switches from a coward fleeing every uncomfortable emotion to an actual woman speaking her mind, the male is a jerk on every page.
The One
I did love this story, I find it realistic…we, as humans, don’t see our own fault easily, and when we do it is difficult to change our ways. The One portrays that well. Being a retired EMT, the needle for the pneumo was pretty accurate. Good job on the story, I’ll look for her name in other books.
