A great guide to a healthier you!

I love this book. The 14 day plan is detailed with a food plan, recipes as well as mental and personal detox strategies. Unlike other diet or cleanse books this one is science based and offers easy and practical ways to get healthier. You don't have to starve yourself or buy special products. You eat real food that you can buy in the grocery store. It is also really interesting and a fun read.

Brilliant Book

This book changed my life. I now know things about my body I never knew before. Never realized I picked up so many bad habits over the years. But the best part is that I am now almost vegan. The food and recipes in the book are delicious and easy to make on a busy schedule and Samantha encourages you to experiment from the large selection of foods allowed on the diet.
I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a better way to eat.
