Hate and fear of anyone different or other is learned, often taught through generations. 

General George Carver sat in an office in the Pentagon with Secretary of Defense Vogels. They had been going back and forth for over an hour.

"George, I understand your passion for this project, but I am not going to authorize troops to be used against our own citizens," Vogles said.

"They're no longer citizens," Carver replied. "They've been mutated into something inhuman."

"They're your sons!"

"Not any longer," the General replied.

The attacks keep coming and time is running out to keep the compound – and all hybrids – safe.
