Twin brothers Jason and John Rossi grew up on the streets of New York City and learned early on about the harsh realities of life. Recruited by the C.I.A while still in the Marine Corps, Jason becomes a skilled assassin with a psychological disorder that nearly destroys him.

When John, a Miami Narcotics Detective, uncovers drug related corruption in his department and is killed, Jason takes on the killers and the Colombian drug cartel in ways they never expected.
