Publisher Description

The Paschal Mystery: Christ's Mission of Salvation, Interactive Edition explores our salvation through the Paschal Mystery and provides an introduction to the goodness of creation, Original Sin, and the promise of a messiah. The students encounter the mystery and glory of the suffering, death, Resurrection, and Ascension of Jesus Christ. The course also explores how the Paschal Mystery informs our daily lives, our prayer, and our participation in the life of the Church.

The interactive book includes all of the content original to the print version with the addition of an interactive functionality that will speak to the student in ways previously unavailable to print-only users. Students will have the ability, through the hyperlinks and interactive content in the book, to engage with the Catholic faith and the person of Jesus Christ.

Special features:
o Bold vocabulary words that, when tapped, show the glossary definition
o Hyperlinks to primary sources cited or referenced in the text, including
o Sacred Scripture
o Catechism of the Catholic Church
o Vatican Council II, papal, and bishops’ documents
o Lives of the saints

• Image galleries: usually containing 3 to 5 images. Each image has a caption that explains the image’s origin and/or its connection to the main text. (2-3 image galleries per part)

I really thought this book focused too much on the spiritual aspect of scripture when it should have been focused kn both the litteral and no litteral points of view

A tribute to Cyndi Lauper

I come home in the morning light
My mother says, "When you gonna live your life right?"
Oh mother dear we're not the fortunate ones
And girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just want to have fun
The phone rings in the middle of the night
My father yells, "What you gonna do with your life?"
Oh daddy dear, you know you're still number one
But girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just want to have
That's all they really want
Some fun
When the working day is done
Oh girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just wanna have fun (girls, they wanna, wanna have fun, girls wanna have)
Some boys take a beautiful girl
And hide her away from the rest of the world
I want to be the one to walk in the sun
Oh girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just wanna have
That's all they really want
Some fun
When the working day is done
Oh girls, they wanna have fun
Oh girls just want to have fun (girls, they wanna, wanna have fun, girls wanna have)
They just wanna, they just wanna (girls)
They just wanna, they just wanna, oh girl (girls just wanna have fun)
Girls just wanna have fun
They just wanna, they just wanna
They just wanna, they just wanna (girls)
They just wanna, they just wanna, oh girl (girls just wanna have fun)
Girls just want to have fun
When the working
When the working day is done
Oh when the working day is done, oh girls
Girls, they wanna have fun, everybody
They just wanna, they just wanna (girls)
They just wanna, they just wanna, oh girls (girls just wanna have fun)
Girls just want to have fun
when the working
When the working day is done (they just wanna, they just wanna)
Oh when the working day is done, oh girl (girls just wanna have fun)
Girls just wanna have fun (they just wanna, they just wanna)
