Bob Broussard has returned to southwest Louisiana a few years afternoon Hurricane Rita. Something is wrong - the wrong people are working in the wrong businesses serving the wrong customers. Bob searches for answers and finds that the hurricane has changed everything forever, including the home where Bob grew up.
