Why does my tummy hurt when I eat my own sperm
Interesting and pioneering foray by Dr. Spitz (worth every penny for a urology patient)
I really appreciate Dr. Spitz’s effort to communicate a urologist’s perspective and understanding to the patient. I read this book because I saw a blurb on the jacket from one of my former urologists; otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have read it for shame. It’s really chock-full of legitimate information on sexual health. However, Dr. Spitz rightly points out that sexual health is really integral to your overall health. Part and parcel. Viagra, for example, was originally developed to treat angina and heart disease.
I personally have more of an interest in pelvic pain syndromes, but this rather comprehensive book still covered my own angle more than well enough, and I came away knowing a lot more about sexual health than I have ever wanted to know. Visits with urologists, as is typical of many doctor visits, are often too brief and for some of us patients often unfulfilling if we have a more complex problem. I think this book is more than worth every penny I paid for it. While it’s not perfect, it’s very unique, and I haven’t ever seen anything like it, so I think it’s also kind of trailblazing. Dr. Spitz has done both his lay and professional audiences a tremendous service. Thanks, Doc!
