Blythe the Undoing is a decorated harpy warrior determined to annihilate Roux, the invader who killed her beloved consort. Nothing will stop her. The Phantom
Im glad I stayed with this series. Roux had definitely turned out to be my favorite of the Astras. Schizophrenic as he was he was still the most well rounded scary as that is. It was a better read for me than the first two.
Gena Showalter is a queen!
The third book of The Rise of the Warlords series proves just as addictive and page turning as its predecessors.
I was hesitant moving from my Lords of the Underworld into this new but connected world.
I should never have feared. Each of the new 3 books have been better than the last — making my favorite whichever one I’m currently reading.
I could crawl into this universe and happily spend the next several weeks/months in a coma while my brain takes a vacay to live in the worlds Gena Showalter creates.
