The Pilgrimage of Amos

A coming of age novel set in Europe and North Africa. The hero is hitch-hiking and meets many characters. He falls for a young English girl whose father is a industrialist who also exports illegal

arms to Africa. Amos is unwittingly ensnared in his plot and put to use to carry out arms shipments.

Amos is on a spiritual journey but finds himself pulled off his trek by religious converts set on converting him.

He spends time on beaches and mountains finding himself.
