Publisher Description
When a deadly epidemic sweeps through the Algerian city of Oran, Dr. Rieux finds himself at the forefront of the fight against the disease. As the city is quarantined and hope dwindles, Camus masterfully explores the human condition, probing questions of suffering, morality, and resilience. With lyrical prose and philosophical depth, "The Plague" is a powerful allegory for the absurdities of life and the unwavering determination of the human spirit in the face of adversity.

Terrible Translation
A rotten version of this novel, filled with typos and clichés.
A great novel!
A classic book for those who love philosophy. It is profound and thrilling. I especially loved the cover, and how the font wasn’t too big or too small. Just the perfect size! I would highly recommend this book to others.
