This powerful story begins with a humble individual called Hugh who turned into a heartless soul, darkened by unimaginable tragedies that turned his life completely empty. He left his homeland to build a massive compound in a secret location in Africa, where governments worldwide, in secret and off the records, sent the worst criminals, including gang members and gang leaders. The worst offenders everywhere were sent to the compound to breathe their last breath. It was a place considered hell on earth and was completely off-the-grid.
