Another fad diet

It’s always nice when a wealthy doctor comes up with a diet. Like many doctors they completely lack any connection with the real world and think more out of what lines their pockets rather than what is good for the patient. So they design unrealistic diets that the average person would starve to death if they followed it.

Most people cannot afford to eat this way. Who can afford grass-fed organic beef? Many of the foods he lists are simply not available unless you live in a metropolitan area near the ocean where you would have access to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market and seafood markets. This is just another plant based diet with a lot of weird foods that only people with ageusia or idiots can tolerate and even weirder recipes. Sorry I wasted the $10.
