It's her life's mission to exact revenge on the tribe that tried to wipe out the LeafWings and ripped every tree from the surface of Pantala.Every tree, that is, except the wild and dangerous Poison Jungle, where the surviving LeafWings have been hiding since the war. Hiding, plotting, and waiting for a dragon like Sundew, who is uniquely qualified to bring down the Hives. There are dark secrets in the jungle, though-some that Sundew is keeping, and some that she's only just beginning to discover. And now that a new war is upon them, Sundew and her friends must unearth the oldest secret in the jungle-even if what they find has the power to destroy them all.

I loved it!
It was so good! Kind of creepy, but, wow, what a cliffhanger! Now I’m on pins and needles waiting for the next book. Also, Tui, thank you so much for Sundew and Willow! I’m so glad you put that in! Not only is it supportive, their dynamic is very cute and I really love them! I may not be LGBTQ+, but I am a proud ally. To the people who think it’s bad and wrong: homosexuality is not a sin. The verses in the Bible which say that it’s a sin are actually mistranslated: they are a warning against pedophilia. “Man shall not lie with boy.” It was mistranslated and nobody bothered to fix it, so some Christians now believe that being LGBTQ+ is a sin. It’s not. And it’s possible to be a Christian and also to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community, even if you are just an ally. I know this because I am one of those Christians. We need to set aside each other’s differences and love our neighbors who may not agree with our beliefs. Everyone is a child of God, and he loves us no matter our sexual/gender identity.
Edit: After a long period of questioning, I’ve discovered that I am bi. That doesn’t change who I am, or the facts I’ve laid before you. I didn’t decide to be bi, but it’s who I am. I am not ‘confused’, nor am I making this up for attention. I know that my church still supports me, and that I can be LGBTQ+ and a Christian too.
Anyway, my tribe idea:
MystWings
Iridescent wire scales swirled with any color of the rainbow
Names always mystical and spelled weirdly
Feathery wings
Can walk on clouds and eat sunlight, breathe strong gusts of air
Thanks!
